Sundays, 3 to 5 pm.

Fee: $25.00 per session.
All Blue Belts and above & Green Belts 13 & up
Self Defense Course (6 weeks $75.00)
Fridays 6pm to 7:30 pm. The next course starts this fall, 2010. This course is structured primarily for those who do not wish to join the Martial Arts but would like to learn how to protect themselves.
